At Jindal World School, we believe that true education nurtures both the mind and body. Our fitness and well-being program is designed to promote healthy habits, emotional resilience, and physical strength in every child.

What We Do:

  • Daily Sports Periods for Grades 1–9 & 11 to ensure regular physical activity.
  • Yoga and Mindfulness Sessions to enhance focus, relaxation, and mental clarity.
  • Dance & Movement Classes to build confidence, coordination, and expression.
  • Health Talks and Workshops on nutrition, hygiene, and emotional well-being.
  • Well-being Challenges like hydration weeks, gadget-free walks, and fitness streaks.
  • A Safe & Supportive Environment where students feel heard, active, and motivated.
